Children seeking admission for any year must first get registered for a specific class. Application Forms for Registration and the Prospectus are available from the Principal's Office. Admission is immediately confirmed for Class I and II on receipt of the required payment, as advised by the accounts section of the school.

For admission to class III through VIII, children have to appear for an entrance test in English, Mathematics and Hindi. Question papers are based on syllabus of the previous class. No admission is offered in Classes IX and X.An identity number is allotted to the child when all admission formalities have been completed.

The required age of the child in any particular class is as follows:

• Class 1 : 5 to 6 years old by March 31st
• Class 2 : 6 to 7 years old by March 31st
• Class 3 : 7 to 8 years old by March 31st

Admission Requirements
The following documents are needed as part of the admission procedure for every student applying for admission :

Attested Birth Certificate

School Transfer Certificate (If Applicable)

Medical Certificate

Two Recent Photographs

Progress Report of the Previous Class

Students holding foreign passports are required to submit copies of their immigration documents

Withdrawals/Refunds

3 months written notice must be given if a child is to be withdrawn from the school

The School must be informed in writing latest by end of November, incase a child is not returning after the Session

Withdrawal notice must be sent by Registered post

Security can be claimed only at the beginning of the next session

Fees are not refundable under any circumstance even if the child is withdrawn during the session

Transfer certificate will be issued only after all dues are paid
