Games and Sports

Sports forms an integral part of the school curriculum. The school provides basket ball courts, volley ball courts, two football fields, table tennis tables, badminton courts, running tracks and gymnastics among many other facilities. Morning PT, jogging and meditation is compulsary for all Middle and Senior School students.All students are expected to take part in one sports at least.

Inter House matches held regularly through the session, both at senior & Primary level. Intense level of competition exists between the houses to decide the champion. A well equipped Gymnasium is regularly used by the students to keep fit. The students of primary classes spend their play time in jungle gym, swings, sand pits, these facilities attach with the main house. If the children of class 4 and 5 show inclination to play volley ball, basket ball etc then they are encouraged to do so and separate area are earmarked for them fit.

Adventure Sports

The school is situated at the foot hills of Himalayas with thick forest of Deodar and Pine Trees. This offers excellent opportunities to organize treks and camps for all classes. In a year every class goes at least twice in a year for Treks/Picnics in the scenic mountain

Yoga

In its aim to inculcate Indian values in its students, the school lays a great emphasis on yoga. Yoga form a compulsory part of the morning physical training exercise where in children learn meditate exhale, inhale in fresh air etc.

Annual Day

Annual day events are held for primary and senior section separately. Primary Annual Day is normally held in may wherein all the parents are invited to see their children perform on stage. Senior section Annual day is held in September every year. Both the Annual Days are celebrated with the entire school getting involved and its matter of pride for the students as well as staff that excellent performances are shown by the students to their parents. On regular basis every house celebrates its own Annual Dinner which is coupled party with party games and dances.

Arts & Music

We put a strong emphasis on development of students outside of books and fields. Music, arts, theater and public speaking form a major part of our curriculum. It helps instil confidence and broaden our students horizon as they take up the challenges of the world.

Quiz/Debates/Declamations

These are held regularly held throughout the year at regular intervals. Every house encourages its members to participate and the house masters/teachers take personal care to train students.
